Timing Results | Timing results will be provided by age group category for both runners and walkers, and will be based on participant's mat time. The Half Marathon age group categories are as follows for men and women; 16-19 years, 20-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years, 60-69 years, 70+ years. |
Prize Money | Prize money will be awarded to 1st overall Man and Woman runners across the finish line. 1st - $1000 |
Prizes | All 2degrees Half Marathon finishers' will receive a Finisher Medal. Non-monetary prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd placing in each running age group category for Men and Women, and will be based on participant's mat time. |
Walkers | Walkers are welcome to enter the 2degrees Half Marathon. Please ensure walkers start at the back behind the runners and keep to the left at all times. |

Course summary
Flat course, easy running. The course offers a mix of running terrain, with a combination of running on-road and the hard-packed limestone Hawke's Bay Cycle Trails.
The course takes in the highlights of the Hawke's Bay region including the start line in the heart of Hastings, quiet country roads, running along the west side of the Tukituki River on hard-packed Hawke's Bay Cycle trails and the finish line at Elephant Hill Estate & Winery.
Course description
Runners will start by Karamu High School, Hastings making their way to Havelock North along Te Mata Road before joining the hard-packed Hawke's Bay Cycle Trail.
The course then takes runners along the west side of the Tukituki River towards Haumoana before heading south along Beach Road and Clifton Road to discover the stunning finish line at Elephant Hill Estate & Winery.
